Simcenter Flotherm XT 新功能介紹 2404/2310/2304/2210/2021.2/2020.2/2020.1/2019.2
Simcenter FloTHERM XT 主要提供複雜曲面外型的電子產品進行散熱設計模擬分析，從概念設計到後續的生產製造階段皆可使用，可提升產品的品質，可靠度及縮短上市時間。Simcenter FloTHERM XT 彙集旗下兩大熱流分析軟體Flotherm與FloEFD的優點，綜合Flotherm的強大的SmartParts與資料庫以及FloEFD的獨特網格技術，讓使用者能輕易的針對複雜的產品行進行熱流分析。
Simcenter FloTHERM XT 的前處理器為SolidWorks，提供熱流工程師可直接匯入機構工程師所提供的CAD檔案，例如SolidWorks、Pro/ENGINEER、STEP、IGES等檔案，省去在自行建模所耗費的時間，並提供FloTHERM著名的SmartParts讓使用者快速建立分析模型。在網格技術的處理上使用FloEFD的求解方法-沉浸邊界法(Immersed Boundary)以及Partial Mesh的網格技術，可保留複雜的3-D模型細節，呈現產品真實狀況的熱流分析報告。
