Simcenter Flotherm 新功能介紹 2404/2310/2304/2210/2021.2/2020.2/2020.1/2019.2
Simcenter FloTHERM 是電子散熱系統分析最知名的品牌，於電子領域全球排名第一，且市場佔有率高達80%以上，廣泛被全球的熱流設計/機構設計以及電路設計工程師所採用。
Simcenter FloTHERM 可以應用於電子產品的三維氣流場及熱傳現象分析，協助客戶在產品設計前期，就可預先知道產品散熱問題並進行改善。應用涵蓋範圍從 Package Level(封裝IC)，Board Level(電路板)，Component Level(散熱模組) 到 System Level(伺服器機櫃系統) 的問題均能分析。Simcenter FloTHERM 提供豐富的案例，資料庫及白皮書，讓工程師可以快速的建構電子設備模型並進行分析，而參數最佳化功能可以在開模前進行變更設計測試，有效節省成本。2017年Flotherm母公司Menter Graphics被Siemens PLM 收購後將其產品並列於Siemens PLM Simcenter 系列產品下。
